Saturday:
Breakfast: Mega Omelet (4 links of turkey sausage, cooked and then sliced into rounds and added to sauteed onion and green peppers, Egg-Beaters Garden Veggie syle= 2 eggs, lots of cheese=mix of Sargento shredded mozz. with garlic and asiago and Cabot's 50% reduced fat garlic and herb cheddar), sliced strawberries with dollop of non-fat vanilla yogurt, mix lite cranberry/raspberry juice and pomegranite juice, coffee (mmm, gourmet coffee from with orange peel and cinnamon) w/ SFVSC
Lunch: Asian Chicken salad at Mickey D's, some of Himself's fries, vanilla ice cream cone
Dinner: (at BIL's house after kayaking )Turkey burger w/ bbq sauce (no bread--all they have is Wonderbread--it shall not cross these lips!), baked beans, fruit daquiri (basically every fruit in BIL's fridge and freezer incl. frozen blueberries and strawberries, fresh watermelon, fresh strawberries and prob. 1/2 c. oj and a generous splash of rum--I think: at least this is a goodly serving of my daily fruits/vegetables and bottoms up!)
Sunday:
Brunch: 2 go-lean blueberry waffles w/ pecans and sugar-free syrup; 3 pieces turkey bacon, 1/2 grapefruit w/ sliced strawberries, coffee (mmm, more of that stuff--have run out will have to get more) w/ SFVSC
Lunch: Left-overs! (pretty late in the afternoon and fueling up for kayaking) about 1/2 c. of leftover fruti de mare (seafood spaghetti), mebbe 2/3 cup remainder pork loin, onions, and apples, green beans.
Dessert: dregs of Dreyers s-f triple choc. maybe 1/2 c.
Dinner (wayyyy late after Kayaking--lord so sore could only do maybe 10 minutes): South Beach Diet grilled chicken pizza, with extra Turkey-roni, olives and Sarg. shredded mozz w/ garlic; coleslaw.
