Breakfast:
Oatmeal with almonds and blueberries, coffee
Lunch:
Last night's leftover tofu and veggie stir-fry in spicy szechual tomato sauce
Activia sugar free vanilla yogurt
rest of sugar free bottled green tea started earlier
Dinner: (not there yet, but all I'll likely manage with this headache is heating up more left-overs, this time a Thai chicken stir-fry with sweet red pepper sauce, and we have a ton of strawberries--perhaps we'll eat some with a couple squares of dark chocolate...mmmm)
